Dr Shweta Bansal is a renowned pulmonologist with over 13 years of experience in the field of pulmonology. She has done MD from esteemed Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, DM (Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi and DNB Respiratory Medicine from Nat Board. She has clinical fellowship in Lung transplant for end stage lung diseases from Viennna, Austria and EBUS ERS training from Athens, Greece. She also has European Diploma in Adult Respiratory medicine (EDARM) from European Respiratory Society (ERS) and is also a fellow of Asia Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR).
She has expertise in all kind of respiratory illnesses including Covid and post covid complications, allergy, asthma, COPD, tuberculosis, ILD, lung Cancer, pneumonias, sleep disordered breathing (OSA) and Critical care. She is trained in flexible and rigid Bronchoscopy, endobronchial/ transbronchial biopsies, TBNA, radial and convex EBUS and Thoracoscopy.
She has been author to articles in Elseiver Point of Care, India and many other publications including book chapters. She is an eminent speaker for various National Conferences and has been Invited Faculty for International lung conference by American Thoracic Society – CHEST conference.
